With 11 years of experience with ResMan bookkeeping for both Single Family and Multi-Family operations, I can assist with all aspects of property management. From initial property and unit setup,  recurring journal entries for tax, insurance and escrows, invoice entry and payment, correlating payroll asset books to management entity groups, account reconciliation, financial reporting, as well as troubleshooting resident ledger issues.
