Getting Started

Getting Started

Visit the Bookkeeping Reset page and complete the short intake form. It takes only a few minutes and does not request your phone number or email address until you decide to move forward.
We begin with an initial consultation, establish secure access to the accounts and software involved, review the current books, complete any required cleanup, align the workflow, and then transition into ongoing monthly service. Most clients are fully onboarded within one to four weeks, depending on complexity.
Yes. We work with clients throughout the United States using secure cloud-based systems. Local clients in the San Antonio area may also request in-person meetings when appropriate.
Our services are best suited for established or growing businesses that need reliable financial organization, consistent reporting, and support for operational complexity. We are less aligned with very low-activity businesses seeking a minimal or do-it-yourself solution.

Pricing

Pricing

Pricing is based primarily on the amount of work required, the number of accounts involved, operational complexity, reporting needs, and the urgency of any deadline. Cleanup and monthly bookkeeping are priced using defined service tiers rather than open-ended hourly billing.
Current cleanup packages begin at $600 for a Lite Reset. Standard, Full, and Major Reset packages are available for larger backlogs and more complex account structures. Situations involving more than 24 months, more than 10 accounts, or multiple entities require a custom review.
Current monthly bookkeeping tiers begin at $500 per month and increase according to account volume, transaction activity, reporting requirements, and operational complexity.
Payroll is available as an add-on service. Pricing depends on employee count, payroll frequency, and the system being used.

Most monthly clients are updated throughout the month and finalized after month-end once the required information is available. Higher-volume or more complex businesses may require weekly or more frequent work.

Industries

Industries

We specialize in real estate investing and operations, multi-company businesses, contract and service companies, manufacturing and warehousing, and aviation or aerospace operations.
The bookkeeping structure is designed around how the business actually operates. That may include property-level reporting, job costing, entity-level reporting, inventory and cost-of-goods tracking, production activity, aircraft or parts records, and other operational dimensions.
We support detailed financial organization for aircraft, parts, maintenance, labor, vendors, and related operational activity. The exact scope depends on the systems used and the records available.
Yes. Multi-company and multi-entity work can include separate books, cross-entity organization, consolidated reporting support, and coordinated monthly workflows. Multiple entities are scoped individually.

Working With Us

Working With Us

Yes. We coordinate with CPAs and tax preparers so they receive organized, accurate, and complete records. Fresh Meadows Bookkeeping Services does not prepare tax returns.
QuickBooks Online is our primary bookkeeping platform. We also work with connected payroll, expense, payment, and industry-specific systems when they support the client’s workflow.
Clients have a defined point of contact and a consistent communication process. Questions, document requests, status updates, and scheduled review meetings are handled according to the service agreement.
Reporting timelines are established during onboarding. Reports are completed after the period closes and the required statements, documents, and responses have been received.
We use secure cloud-based systems, controlled access, and established data-handling practices. Access is limited to what is needed for the engagement, and confidential information is handled with care.
A bookkeeper maintains accurate and organized financial records throughout the year. A CPA may use those records for tax preparation, tax strategy, assurance work, or other specialized accounting services.
Accurate books provide a dependable basis for cash-flow management, performance review, financing, tax preparation, operational decisions, and long-term planning.
The amount varies by business, but outsourcing removes recurring transaction review, reconciliations, reporting preparation, and follow-up from the owner’s workload. The greater benefit is often having dependable financial work completed consistently and correctly.
