For the Guarantee to apply:
What the guarantee doesn’t Cover:
- You must give us access (QuickBooks, Bank, Credit Cards) within 5 business days of signing the agreement.
- You must respond to our questions within 48 business hours during the work.
- The work initially presented is what we agreed to in the package, not new work added later.
- A job bigger than the package you signed for. If your situation turns out to be more complex than what we agreed to, we’ll tell you and offer a revised package – we don’t absorb the extra work for free.
- Delays caused by access we don’t get or questions we can’t get answered.
- Work that isn’t bookkeeping cleanup – Old sales tax filings, fraud investigations, payroll work not that was not expressly included in the package.
The full guarantee language will be in your engagement agreement. With this, you will see exactly what you're committing to before any money changes hands.
